Your satisfaction is guaranteed, you can return the item within 5 business days after date of receipt of your item. You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from us or use the Contact Us Form on our site.
Returns will not be accepted without the RA Number.

Please return the item in its original packaging, get insurance and ensure that it is adequately protected in shipment with the RA number enclosed. Your account will be credited within a week after receipt of the item. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

Items should be returned new and unused. Any items that returned used, dirty or damaged shall not be accepted for full reimbursement and may be sent back to the customer. CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
